★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes und günstiges Hotel direkt am Lago. Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Empfang ist hier sehr herzlich und freundlich. Wenn man ohne grosse Ansprüche ein Hotel sucht ist man hier richtig. Bei Bedarf kann man Frühstück hinzubuchen, für italienische Verhältnisse ein ausreichendes Frühstück. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
 Good and cheap hotel right on the lake. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The welcome here is very warm and friendly. If you are looking for a hotel without great expectations, this is the right place for you. If necessary, you can book breakfast, a sufficient breakfast for Italian standards. I can definitely recommend the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato sul lungo lago, vicino al centro storico di Luino (facile da trovare) servizio hotel su prenotazione, bar interno, tavoli all'aperto e all'interno, buono per fare aperitivi in compagnia, arrivando da una bella passeggiata sul lungo lago, ci si può accomodare con servizio veloce, nei vari tavolini (servono birra, alcolici e super alcolici con stuzzichini fatti al momento)serviti con simpatia e cordialità. Bagno interno, pulizia camere (sanificazione all'ozono e riordino camere fatto da uno staff preparato tutto a norma) da provare, sia come passare una o più notti, o aperitivi in giornata. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari servizi raggiungibili a piedi (tabacchi, centro, edicola, porto per il battello negozi etcc) senza usare la macchina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno soggiornato i miei genitori e si sono trovati bene. Loro erano alloggiati presso l'edificio di pertinenza situato di fianco dell'albergo. Camera dotata di servizi ben puliti. Per cui nel complesso rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo. Da notare, almeno per la palazzina ove erano alloggiati non è presente ascensore.
Personale cordiale e gentile.
My parents stayed and they enjoyed it. They were housed in the relevant building located next to the hotel. Room equipped with well-cleaned facilities. So overall excellent value for money. Note, at least for the building where they were housed, there is no lift.

Il "termoconvettore d'antiquariato" fa cortocircuito e la colpa è dell'ospite.. Mi pare più che giusto!

The "antique convector" is short-circuited and the fault lies with the guest .. It seems more than fair to me!
