★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have known this hotel for some time, it is wonderful and peaceful, it is situated in Italy next to the Swiss border: from there the view of the lake is simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful and everything is very clean and neat.
Their restaurant is also first class both for the quality of the food and the service, that is always kind and professional. It is necessary to book the hotel in large advance and also the restaurant in small advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Directly at the lake. Has a beautiful terrace at the water. Tip book a table. Food is nice and morish. But not perfect. Wine list is the weak factor expected more choice of some of the excellent vineyards around. Service was friendly and forthcoming. The pool is nice. Please fix the phone at the pool ??. Parking is limited and the hotel has parking 300 meters from the hotel. Please upgrade the wine glasses. Keep the vide in the hotel as it is, really nice. Please ban smoking on the terrace as it just impacts your gastronomic experience negatively. Still five start and look forward to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here for a late lunch and had the Caesar salad & Turkey sandwich. The sandwich was excellent. All ingredients were fresh and well matched. The salad was almost perfect. Only the chicken could have been a bit more tender.
The ambiance was great; on the terrace, by the water, sun, light breeze, super chill classic style. The audience is a bit on the senior side here.
Because we were so enthusiastic about lunch, we also went here for dinner. That was a bit disappointing. The food was fine, but for the price I expected better.

Family run business with soul and heart. A great pool hidden between old Italian buildings. Check the rooftop terrace above the pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay here in one of the apartments overlooking the pool.
Everything is spotless and the service is warm and friendly from start to finish! The pictures on the website don’t do the hotel justice. The hotel layout and the pool area is really stunning. It got a little crowded at the pool most days. It can be hard finding a chair on sunny days. With all the different levels you don’t feel like there are a ton of people though.
The breakfast buffet is really nice. Only the coffee could be improved. Can’t beat the view overlooking the lake when having breakfast.
We certainly hope to be back. Maybe with family or friends next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kid friendly. Comfortable. Relaxing vibe. Nice pool. Quiet rooms. Make sure the mattress on your bed is the correct way up... Yes really. I thought the first night that the bed was so old it had springs coming out... Nope... It was just on the bed upside down. Turned out over, correct side up... The following nights sleep were amazing.!
1⭐ to the restaurant boss lady who told us we couldn't have a seat for dinner on our first night in the hotel. Which hotel denies it's guests a table for dinner? We went to bed with no food...
5⭐ for all the other restaurant staff, extremely nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great stay! Clean rooms, great view, nice pool + lounging area, breakfast was spot on and staff were very very nice and amenable to strange requests. As for the location of the hotel. It is right on the waterfront, in walking distance from many delicious restaurants and the ferry is right outside to travel to other towns. From Cannero you can hike to your heart’s desire on 200+ year old trails to ancient towns along the lake.
