N	Nicoletta Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viste le foto prima di prenotare credevo di trovare un albergo degno della località dove si trova e dove trascorrere un po' di tempo con la mia famiglia. E invece mai trovato nulla di peggio. Iniziamo con il check- in: solo tramite Whatsapp Passiamo al parcheggio: a 800 mt dell'albergo (i posti pubblici gratuiti) perché quello dell'albergo ancora più lontano, non facilmente raggiungibile (secondo la receptionist) e poi sana passeggiata sotto una pioggia battente e nessuna indicazione Per entrare era stato inviato (sempre con Whatsapp) un codice .... che non funziona mentre all' interno due donne ci guardavano senza dire o fare nulla e solo dopo aver chiesto informazioni a una ragazza che serviva ai tavoli davanti alla porta ho scoperto di essere arrivata. Accesso al piano delle camere assegnate: ascensore che non vedeva una sanificazione da tempo (!) Uscita dell'ascensore ci ritroviamo nel buio più profondo e solo grazie alla torcia del telefono raggiungoiamo le camere....gelide (!) Stanze particolari ma pulite. Bagno senza bidet (Non capisco ancora perché dobbiamo assecondare gli stranieri che comunque vi trattano con sussiego) Scendendo chiediamo spiegazione del buio e del freddo e apprendiamo che di sono semplicemente dimenticate di rendere accogliente il posto. Colazione fredda (tranne che per il caffè) e molto banale . Lo sconsiglio. Given the photos before booking, I thought I would find a hotel worthy of the location where it is located and where to spend some time with my family. But never found anything worse. Let's start with the check-in: only via Whatsapp Let's move on to the car park: 800 meters from the hotel (free public parking spaces) because that of the hotel is even further away, not easily accessible (according to the receptionist) and then a healthy walk in the pouring rain and no indication To enter a code was sent (always with Whatsapp) ... which does not work while inside two women looked at us without saying or doing anything and only after asking information from a girl who served at the tables in front of the door did I discover to have arrived. Access to the floor of the assigned rooms: elevator that has not seen a sanitation for some time (!) Leaving the elevator we find ourselves in the deepest darkness and only thanks to the phone torch can we reach the rooms .... freezing (!) Special but clean rooms. Bathroom without bidet (I still don't understand why we have to indulge foreigners who still treat you with haughtiness) Going down we ask for an explanation of the dark and cold and we learn that they simply forget to make the place welcoming. Cold breakfast (except for the coffee) and very bland. I do not recommend it.
b	bambino bambino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour, Nous avions réservé 2 chambres (une par couples) pour une nuit. La chambre grise(1er étage à gauche): Un semblant de grand lit avec au final un sommier avec plusieurs lattes de cassées, une climatisation ne fonctionnant pas (on comprend pourquoi le ventilateur dans la chambre pour brasser de l'air chaud), un projecteur dans la douche qui ne s'éteint pas (aucun interrupteurs n'y étaient attribués, peut-être 15 interrupteurs en tout dans la chambre, à rien n'y comprendre). Une douche contemporaine certes mais intimité inexistante. Dans la douche il y a 2 tuyaux de robinetteries apparents (dangereux en cas de chute), et pour finir dans le toilette, un emplacement de radiateur qu'il n'y a pas. (voir les photos) La chambre verte(1er étage à droite - that's amore): Un grand lit qui n'en ai pas un, c'est en réalité deux petit canapés mis l'un à coté de l'autre, dissimulé avec un drap et un petit matelas ridicule d'épaisseur inférieur à 10cm (plus fin qu'une paillasse). Des draps troués et tachés à plusieurs endroits ce qui est franchement inadmissible !! Un sèche serviette dans la douche non fixé... Des spots entouré de "mouchoirs"... (voir les photos) Pour terminer un palier avec une armoire électrique faisant un bruit terrible et qui s'entend depuis les 2 chambres cités ci dessus. (Voir la vidéo) Pour un prix de 125€ la chambre + 1€ de taxe de séjour par chambre soit un totale de 254€ pour une nuit/2chambres. INADMISSIBLE Rapport/Qualité prix plus que moyen surtout quand on voit que sur la façades de l'hôtel ils ont été plusieurs fois au guide Michelin (11 fois au total). Nous avons prévenu l'hôtel à notre départ (le 20/08/2021) pour avoir un geste un remboursement partiel et surtout des explications, et les avons prévenu que si nous n'avions pas de réponse d'ici dimanche 22/08/2021 nous publierons les photos pour exprimer notre mécontentement. On a plus eu l'impression d'avoir eu des chambres encore en travaux, ce qui met en doute le sérieux de l'établissement et au non respect des clients.. Hello, We had booked 2 rooms (one for couples) for one night. The gray room (1st floor on the left): A semblance of a large bed with a box spring with several broken slats, an air conditioning not working (we understand why the fan in the room to stir hot air), a projector in the shower that does not turn off (no switches were assigned, maybe 15 switches in all in the room, nothing to understand). A contemporary shower, of course, but no privacy. In the shower there are 2 visible tap pipes (dangerous in the event of a fall), and finally in the toilet, a radiator space that there is not. (see the pictures) The green room (1st floor on the right - that's amore): A large bed that doesn't have one, it's actually two small sofas placed one next to the other, hidden with a sheet and a small ridiculous mattress less than 10cm thick (thinner than a bench). Sheets with holes and stains in several places which is frankly unacceptable !! A towel dryer in the shower not fixed ... Spotlights surrounded by "handkerchiefs" ... (see photos) To end a landing with an electrical cabinet making a terrible noise and which can be heard from the 2 bedrooms mentioned above. (See the video) For a price of 125 € per room + 1 € tourist tax per room, i.e. a total of 254 € for one night / 2 rooms. INADMISSIBLE More than average value for money, especially when you see that on the facades of the hotel they have been awarded the Michelin guide several times (11 times in total). We informed the hotel when we left (08/20/2021) to have a partial refund and above all explanations, and warned them that if we did not have an answer by Sunday 08/22 / 2021 we will publish the photos to express our dissatisfaction. We no longer had the impression of having had rooms still under construction, which calls into question the seriousness of the establishment and the lack of respect for customers.

Colazione scarsa con brioche secche. Non andateci NON CONSIGLIATO! Il prezzo per com’è l’hotel è troppo caro !! Very ugly hotel rooms that look like those of dark hospitals, with no furniture, there is only a tiny wardrobe, there are not even 6 clothes. Poor breakfast with dry croissants. Don't go there NOT RECOMMENDED! The price, as the hotel is, is too expensive !!

Non è presente personale per check in, vi vengono inviate tutte le informazioni via wa; anche le info sul parcheggio Questa ultimo si trova a circa 1,1 km dalla struttura ( l hotel é in ZTL quindi non raggiungibile in auto ) all inizio della via panoramica. Il personale presente in condivisione in con il ristorante é comunque gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa (soprattutto la doccia fisicamente in camera ) pulita. Trovandosi a ridosso della piazza principale ed essendo estate, i rumori notturni si sono protratti fino a notte fonda. A finestra chiusa sono sopportabili. Central location, great. There is no check-in staff, all information is sent to you via wa; also the info on parking The latter is located about 1.1 km from the hotel (the hotel is in the ZTL and therefore not reachable by car) at the beginning of the panoramic road. The staff present in sharing with the restaurant is however kind and helpful. Spacious room (especially the shower physically in the room) clean. Being close to the main square and being summer, the nocturnal noises lasted until late at night. When the window is closed they are bearable.

I was not allowed to enter to pick up the toast, but to pay yes, congratulations

Z	Zl S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was made up of a lot of leftover cakes and food from the day before (we recognised them), service staff at hotel lobby was polite but did not go the extra mile - I) did not agree to helping us book restaurant within the same hotel group ii) made us walk with our luggage to another office to return our keys even when we had already made all payment. Hotel reception, and process flows could be improved. Hotel had a lovely view. Excellent location.
