Ospita regolarmente mostre ed eventi culturali. La sua costruzione iniziò nei primi del '700 per terminare nel.1747. La dimora ha una fornitissima libreria all'interno del.quale si possono trovare tutti i cataloghi delle mostre passate. Alla base di tutto ciò c'è l'idea di voler creare un luogo di prestigio dove organizzare mostre.
The structure has been transformed since 2007 into a residence of the arts and is an example of eighteenth-century architecture located in the center of Orta San Giulio. It regularly hosts exhibitions and cultural events. Its construction began in the early 1700s and ended in 1747. The house has a well-stocked library inside which all the catalogs of past exhibitions can be found. At the basis of all this is the idea of wanting to create a prestigious place to organize exhibitions.
