R	Roberta Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole scoperta! Io ed il mio ragazzo eravamo alla ricerca di un posto per cenare e grazie a delle ricerche abbiamo trovato Hosteria Farina. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla qualità e bontà dei piatti e dalla gentilezza del proprietario! L'ambiente è davvero bello e siuramente consiglieremo ai nostri amici perché ne vale davvero la pena. A pleasant discovery! My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to dine and thanks to some research we found Hosteria Farina. We were surprised by the quality and goodness of the dishes and by the kindness of the owner! The environment is really beautiful and we will certainly recommend it to our friends because it is really worth it.

T	TheThinker25 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto una sosta per il pranzo in questo grazioso ristorante di Latina, suggerito da The Fork durante un giro domenicale in moto nei dintorni. Avevamo riservato un tavolo all'aperto ma purtroppo le condizioni meteo hanno costretto il titolare a farci accomodare all'interno. Dopo una piccola e piacevole sfiziosità di benvenuto (bruschettina con crema di zucca e gambero), abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti (1 parmigiana di melanzane e salmone + 1 gambero rosolato con guanciale e pomodorini), 1 porzione di tagliolini all'astice, 1 frittura di calamari, 1 contorno di broccoletti ripassati, 2 calici di vino rosso, 1 tiramisù, 1 acqua e 2 caffè. La bontà delle pietanze che abbiamo gustato è davvero indiscutibile, ottima qualità delle materie prime, piatti semplici ma curati nella preparazione e nella presentazione. L'unica cosa che mi sento di suggerire a chi avrà il piacere di mangiare in questo ristorante è di chiedere un menù con i prezzi: ordinare al buio sulla base di ciò che propone il cameriere può generare un conto decisamente inaspettato (!!!). We stopped for lunch at this lovely Latina restaurant, suggested by The Fork on a Sunday motorcycle tour around the area. We had reserved an outdoor table but unfortunately the weather conditions forced the owner to let us sit inside. After a small and pleasant welcome delicacy (bruschetta with pumpkin cream and shrimp), we ordered 2 appetizers (1 eggplant and salmon parmigiana + 1 browned shrimp with bacon and cherry tomatoes), 1 portion of tagliolini with lobster, 1 fried squid, 1 side of sautéed broccoli, 2 glasses of red wine, 1 tiramisu, 1 water and 2 coffees. The goodness of the dishes we tasted is truly indisputable, excellent quality of raw materials, simple dishes but with attention to preparation and presentation. The only thing I would like to suggest to those who have the pleasure of eating in this restaurant is to ask for a menu with prices: ordering in the dark based on what the waiter proposes can generate a decidedly unexpected bill (!!!) .

Il locale poi è veramente molto accogliente, adoro l'arredamento, servizio veloce, bagno pulito. Exquisite cuisine! Fresh fish and very friendly staff! Hearty dishes, desserts made by them exquisite. from appetizer to dessert it is truly pure delight. The place is really very welcoming, I love the furniture, fast service, clean bathroom.

Superlativo lo chef Daniele e impareggiabile il titolare Paolo. Tutto squisito!!! Fillet of sea bream in potato crust: excellence both in raw materials and in cooking and service. The chef Daniele is superb and the owner Paolo is incomparable. All delicious !!!

Le pietanze si mangiano con gli occhi e con il palato: le portate da menù vengono servite stile gourmet, ma in porzioni abbondanti, con combinazioni raffinate ma semplici. Il servizio è impeccabile, ambiente intimo e riservato, ideale per le coppiette, per pranzi o cene aziendali, ma con molto piacere ho visto un ben più ampio target, comprese le famiglie. Il pesce indiscutibilmente fresco, olio pulito, locale pulito, molto attenti all'igiene. Super complimenti al cuoco per la creatività. Chiude il cerchio la cordialità del proprietario e l'impeccabilità del personale di sala. Intimate place with attention to detail, everything recreates a romantic, enveloping atmosphere. The service is impeccable, an intimate and reserved environment, ideal for couples, for business lunches or dinners, but with great pleasure I saw a much wider target, including families. The unquestionably fresh fish, clean oil, clean room, very careful about hygiene. Super kudos to the chef for his creativity. The friendliness of the owner and the impeccability of the dining room staff closes the circle.

Divina la millefoglie, vale la pena ordinarla. La location merita moltissimo, crea l'atmosfera giusta e accogliente per i romantici, gli amici e le famiglie. Ottima anche per i pranzi di lavoro. The location deserves a lot, it creates the right and welcoming atmosphere for romantics, friends and families. Also excellent for business lunches.
