m	marcy 68 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mia moglie cercavamo un posto dove mangiare qualcosa di particolare in un ambiente tranquillo e lo abbiamo trovato proprio al centro di latina. Pochi coperti arredamento moderno musica poco invasiva personale gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo preso un percorso degustazione scelto dallo chef , piatti vari di mare e di terra impiattati con cura e con una certa sperimentazione di gusti che mi è piaciuta. Forse anche troppo abbondanti le porzioni in un locale dove ti aspetti la qualità e la trovi ma non la quantità. Buona la lista dei vini ,io ho preso due calici, un Franciacorta e un Pinot molto buoni entrambi. Prezzo nella norma per il locale e per quanto mangiato, un ristorante gestito da giovani in cui si può tornare With my wife we were looking for a place to eat something special in a quiet environment and we found it right in the center of latina. Few covered modern furniture minimally invasive music polite and welcoming staff. We took a tasting route chosen by the chef, various sea and land dishes served up with care and with a certain experimentation of tastes that I liked. Perhaps the portions are too abundant in a place where you expect quality and find it but not quantity. Good wine list, I took two glasses, a Franciacorta and a Pinot both very good. Mi sono recato a Latina per una passeggiata ma mangiare qui è il motivo per tornare con piacere; il costo? Giusto, mangiare bene è una soddisfazione . Tanti auguri Italian flavors and dishes presented with a modern taste and environment: when revisiting the kitchen does not mean distorting it but adding capacity, competence and consistency with tradition. Sulla cucina nulla da obiettare: a dir poco ECCELLENTE. Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata romantica, in un ambiente equilibrato e rilassante, optando per il menù degustazione. Ogni portata, a fantasia dello chef, è stata una grande scoperta, sia nei sapori che nel design del piatto stesso. STUPENDO! Consiglio come esperienza di coppia ma anche come elegante cena gourmet tra amici, per provare qualcosa di nuovo e unico. Simple and effective location, minimal at the right point to make room for many small, but brilliant, furnishing details that can be discovered if you look around. Nothing to object to the cuisine: to say the least EXCELLENT. We spent a very pleasant romantic evening, in a balanced and relaxing environment, opting for the tasting menu. Each course, according to the chef's imagination, was a great discovery, both in the flavors and in the design of the dish itself. STUPENDOUS! I recommend it as an experience for couples but also as an elegant gourmet dinner with friends, to try something new and unique.

Cibo di qualità eccellente, tartare di carne tenera, rafalda ripiena di polpo particolare e gustosa, composizione di mare delicata, con pescato cotto al punto giusto (che ahimè se cotto troppo rischia sempre di rinsecchirsi!). Non è facile trovare un posto così curato. Poiché sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita, mi hanno meravigliato altre recensioni, al limite del diffamante. È chiaro che non è un posto in cui mangiare di fretta, occorre tempo per cucinare, non è un fast food. È chiaro che non è economico, con degli ingredienti e una cucina così ricercati. Sicuramente non è per tutti i giorni. Ciò non lo rende meno valido, anzi. Complimenti! Superb. Excellent quality food, tender meat tartare, special and tasty octopus stuffed rafalda, delicate sea composition, with fish cooked to the right point (which alas if overcooked always risks drying up!). It is not easy to find such a well-kept place. Since I was pleasantly impressed, I was amazed by other reviews, bordering on defamatory. It is clear that it is not a place to eat in a hurry, it takes time to cook, it is not a fast food restaurant. It is clear that it is not cheap, with such refined ingredients and cuisine. It's definitely not for every day. This does not make it less valid, quite the contrary. Well done!

A	Annabelle Robertson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so amazing! Everything about it, the atmosphere is exclusive but relaxed, the food is incredible and are actually big portions for fine dining! The wait staff are so lovely and they even put a little candle in our tiramisu for my husbands birthday. Cannot recommend enough please go there!!
