Hostelsclub charged my credit card 3 times by excident. Friendly customer care staff even admitted there mistake.But today about 6 month and numberless emails later I did not get my money back.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess it was a good choice to spend a weekend on Venice, our room was pretty clean and quiet, its kind staff and close enough to Rialto bridge, Im sure i'd return to this place next time. Maybe they would improve wi-fi service.

I was later contacted by the guest house I booked and they told me the room I booked wasn't available anymore. I made a formal complained to HostelsClub customer services and they helped me solve the problem in less than 24 hours. Thanks guys, I will not hesitate to use your services again.

I miss this time!
It was amazing! The hostel is very close to the Rialto bridge, to the most famous place in the center of Venice. The prices are very good!
The rooms are clean and people in the hostel are awesome. The staff is very helpful and talkative! ?
I loved this time! And I wish to come back this summer! ?
