★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You won’t regret dining here in Rome. Was by far the best spot we went to during our stay. It has a hole in the wall feel with no fancy frills, you can tell they put their time and effort into the incredible food and service. As we sat outside eager for our food to arrive, Adrianna greeted local guest after guest that she knew because they frequent this restaurant weekly. Hidden gem seriously, go eat here. The end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here based on my Airbnb hosts recommendation of authentic local neighborhood restaurants. The day before I had gone half a block further and came to the wrong restaurant trattoria clementini.
Very friendly and efficient wait staff. Fresh ingredients, homemade pasta. I had the parmigiana di melanzane, and spaghetti gricia. Amazing food. Will be back gain. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably our best meal in all of Rome! It's a small hole in the wall but the owners strive to serve you the best home made italian cuisine. Fresh made pasta, mine was alla grigia. And the owner, Adriana started dancing and singing out with some Claudio Villa in the background. Will definitely recommend if you're near San Clements. I can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second outstanding meal here in 3 years. The baked eggplant was marvelous as a beginning course. The rigatoni carbonara was the best I have found in Rome. The guanciale was crisp and infused perfectly into the egg/cheese sauce. The dessert of chocolate pudding looks sweeter than it was. Like a English pudding in texture with subtle chocolate tones and sweetened by the toffee.Wow! Homemade bread and my favorite beer from Sardinia. What a great meat! I will be back.
