G	Giuseppe Moretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica dopo aver trascorso la mattina con la famiglia a Vallerano per la sagra della castagna decidiamo dii andare a pranzo all'Hosteria della Rosa a Caprarola. Oltre al locale tipico, caratteristico della Tuscia ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il proprietario Maurizio una persona vera oserei dire di altri tempi che ama il suo lavoro ed ha impresso nell'animo la cultura dell'accoglienza e dell'ospitalità. Stessa cura nell'offerta dei piatti, ottima la selezione dei salumi e dei formaggi del territorio accompagnati dalle bruschette deliziose. Prima tra i primi la Griciarola che non vedo l'ora di tornare a mangiare, ottimo anche il ragù di cinghiale che abbiamo potuto gustare con gli gnocchi e con le fettuccine il tutto accompagnato da un rosso della casa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno abbiamo mangiato bene e ricevuto tutte le attenzioni che ci si aspetta concludendo felicemente una gita domenicale. Per il resto lascio la parola al Signor Maurizio che sicuramente tornerò a trovare. Sunday after spending the morning with the family in Vallerano for the chestnut festival we decide to go for lunch at the Hosteria della Rosa in Caprarola. In addition to the typical local, characteristic of Tuscia, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Maurizio, a real person I would dare to say from other times who loves his work and has imprinted in the soul the culture of welcome and hospitality. Same care in the offer of dishes, excellent selection of local cured meats and cheeses accompanied by delicious bruschetta. First among the first the Griciarola which I can't wait to go back to eat, also the wild boar ragout that we could taste with gnocchi and fettuccine all accompanied by a house red that we very much appreciated. Although the place was full, we ate well and received all the attention that is expected by happily ending a Sunday trip. For the rest I leave the floor to Mr. Maurizio who will surely come back to find.

Il cliente viene accolto al tavolo dal proprietario Maurizio, il quale dà il benvenuto ai clienti ed è qualcosa da me molto apprezzato, perché è rara come cosa, però altrettanto ben vista dal cliente, in quanto si nota l’interesse che si ha nel far trovare bene un proprio cliente. I piatti sono squisiti, cucina ottima e c’è anche molta rapidità nel servirli. Qualità-prezzo anche sono ottimi. Continua così Maurizio !!?? Osteria near the Farnese palace.
