A	Acida Dulcinea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come sempre, questo ristorante si rivela un rifugio che accoglie con tante cose buone da mangiare, anche per noi celiaci. Stavolta mi sono gustata un ricco piatto di fettuccine ai porcini, una tagliata tenera e indimenticabile e la zucca al brasato. Per finire un dessert generoso di crema chantilly, biscotti e cioccolato bianco (tutto gluten free). Gli amici che erano con me mi hanno esaltato i loro piatti ( dai ravioli ai porcini, al coniglio alla cacciatora, alla pasta e ceci). Un pranzetto che ci ha ristorato dopo una bella passeggiata tra i noccioleti lungo la via Francigena. Superconsigliato!!! As always, this restaurant turns out to be a refuge that welcomes with many good things to eat, even for us celiacs. This time I enjoyed a rich plate of fettuccine with porcini, a tender and unforgettable tagliata and braised pumpkin. To finish, a generous dessert of Chantilly cream, biscuits and white chocolate (all gluten free). The friends who were with me praised their dishes (from ravioli with porcini, rabbit alla cacciatora, pasta and chickpeas). A lunch that refreshed us after a nice walk among the hazelnut groves along the Via Francigena. Super recommended !!!

f	felice marconi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Martedì passato mi sono fermato a pranzo, ho preso una carbonara, una trippa ed una porzione di zuppa inglese, oltre ad una bottiglia di acqua, un quarto di vino ed un caffè. La carbonara era servita con il "guanciale" non croccante e l'uovo questo sconosciuto credo fosse sostituito da una insipida pastella bianca... forse panna??. La trippa era DOLCIASTRA con un retrogusto di CANNELLA. La torta, "vecchia" era stata "ringiovanita" con abbondante panna spray da supermercato. La cameriera apatica, svogliata e vestita con un pigiamone era inadeguata. Ed infine Bagno degli uomini sporco. Costo euro 33,00 che di per sé può essere adeguato se le pietanze fossero state cucinate a dovere. Contrariamente alle recenzioni in genere positive, sono rimasto deluso. Last Tuesday I stopped for lunch, I had a carbonara, a tripe and a portion of trifle, as well as a bottle of water, a quarter of wine and a coffee. The carbonara was served with the "guanciale" not crunchy and the unknown egg I think was replaced by a tasteless white batter ... maybe cream ??. The tripe was SWEET with a CINNAMON aftertaste. The "old" cake had been "rejuvenated" with plenty of supermarket spray cream. The apathetic, listless waitress dressed in pajamas was inadequate. And finally a dirty men's room. Cost € 33.00 which in itself can be adequate if the dishes had been cooked properly. Contrary to generally positive reviews, I was disappointed.
D	Donatella Palmieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando siamo arrivati a Vetralla volevamo visitare il Regno di Babbo Natale ma causa pioggia e fila improponibile abbiamo optato per un pranzo fuori. Pur senza prenotazione e con una minima attesa di una ventina di minuti siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo. Il personale è cortese anche se a tratti un po' distratto, il servizio abbastanza veloce nonostante il pienone e i piatti hanno soddisfatto il nostro palato. When we arrived in Vetralla we wanted to visit the Kingdom of Santa Claus but due to the rain and the unacceptable queue we opted for a lunch out. Even without a reservation and with a minimum wait of about twenty minutes we managed to find a table. The staff is courteous even if at times a bit distracted, the service quite fast despite the full house and the dishes satisfied our palate.

Ho preso un primo, fettuccine con i funghi porcini. Molto buone. Hanno anche il timbro per i pellegrini. I stopped while I was walking along the Via Francigena, at a time that was no longer that of lunch. They still made me sit down. I got a first course, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Very good. They also have the stamp for pilgrims.
