X riportarla in luogo diverso da quello iniziale ho avuto enormi problemi a contattare telefonicamente qualcuno; sia il punto prescelto che gli uffici di Milano. Facendo una mail un risponditore automatico mi ha risposto che la mia domanda sarebbe stata processata entro una settimana....
New clean car in order. At the delivery the bar code reader for delivery procedures did not work. X bring it back to a different place than the initial one, I had enormous problems contacting someone by phone; both the chosen point and the Milan offices. By sending an e-mail an automatic responder replied that my question would be processed within a week ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay but we had problem with our reservation. I think they should fix their website and decline bookings where the credit card holder name and drivers name do not match so that people will not have problems we did. But besides that, everything was okay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a car 3 weeks in advance and payed in full upfront. Five minutes before the pick up time I was called that no cars were available. We were given no information about our options, not offered an alternative as described in the rental conditions, or any help in finding one. It was the worst service I ever had with a car rental company. Fortunately, we were able to find an alternative company by going to the airport, but the service that is supposed to be good at hertz (and for which you pay), was totally lacking.
The same holds for the international customer service - though they were more polite than the local agent, they also didn't bother making a call to get us an alternative car, and after almost a month and various mails/calls, I did not even get my prepayment back, let alone any compensation for additional costs we had to make.
