Richiesta assistenza, viene riparata e non sostituita. ho pagato l'importo della riparazione , dopo un anno si ripresenta nuovamente il problema. viene nuovamente riparata e non sostituita. aspetto di ritirala ma se si ripresenta , credo sia una falla di qualità del brand. questa è l'assistenza in garanzia che forniscono su prodotti fallati, da premettere che ho cinte non originale che durano da anni . ho acquistato da altri brand lusso ma questa assistenza mai avuta e vi parlo anche da commerciante quale sono che tratta prodotti lusso di altre marche quindi conosco bene le pratiche di assistenza prodotto . delusissimo .
 bad experience, customer service the worst of a luxury company, the experience is of a belt bought in 2018, price I let you imagine, put twice counted, within a year it changes color and oxidizes. Assistance is requested, it is repaired and not replaced. I paid the amount of the repair, after a year the problem recurs again. it is repaired again and not replaced. I am waiting to withdraw it but if it comes back, I think it is a flaw in the quality of the brand. this is the warranty assistance they provide on faulty products, it must be said that I have non-original belts that have lasted for years. I have bought from other luxury brands but never had this assistance and I am also talking to you as a trader who deals with luxury products of other brands so I know well the product assistance practices. very disappointed.
