I am a loyal customer of the Filangieri cinema because I always find excellent films but above all a staff of unique sympathy, thanks friends.
M	Massimo Napolitano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinema composto da tre sale: una grande da quasi 300 posti (sala 1 Rossellini) e due più piccole da 55-60 posti (sala 2 Magnani e sala 3 Mastroianni). Anche le sale piccole sono fatte mediamente meglio delle salette di altri cinema napoletani riadattati a multisala. Ci sono, però, dei difetti. 1. Una sola cassa e quindi fila in giorni di punta. 2. Addetto alla cassa sgarbato che pretendeva che avessi stampato il biglietto Vodafone Exclusive, quando da regolamento è necessario mostrarlo dallo schermo dello smartphone (mi ha minacciato che in futuro non mi farà più entrare). 3. Numero di bagni decisamente insufficiente nei giorni di punta e lunghissima fila! 4. Sala 3 Mastroianni posta al di sotto del livello stradale e nella quale si è telefonicamente isolati (i cellulari vanno tenuti silenziosi, ma voglio essere raggiungibile in caso di emergenza). Cinema consisting of three rooms: a large one with almost 300 seats (room 1 Rossellini) and two smaller ones with 55-60 seats (room 2 Magnani and room 3 Mastroianni). Even the small rooms are on average better than the rooms of other Neapolitan cinemas adapted to multiplexes. There are, however, some flaws. 1. One case and then queue on peak days. 2. Rude cashier who claimed that I had printed the Vodafone Exclusive ticket, when by regulation it is necessary to show it from the smartphone screen (he threatened me that in the future he will never let me in). 3. Number of bathrooms definitely insufficient on peak days and very long line! 4. Room 3 Mastroianni located below the street level and where you are isolated by phone (cell phones must be kept silent, but I want to be reachable in case of emergency).

Lo frequento per il cineforum ed il mio giudizio di tre stelle va soprattutto per la scelta della programmazione che èstata davvero pessima. Il personale all'altezza gentili e professionali. The location is always beautiful even if little renovated. I attend it for the film club and my three-star rating goes above all for the choice of programming which was really bad. The friendly and professional staff live up to it.

Capisco che è una carenza iniziale di educazione e gentilezza ma, con il cinema in crisi, consiglierei di rivedere l'atteggiamento. Stavo per entrare con una promozione di una azienda online (Campari) ed il titolare, con estremo sgarbo buttandomi in faccia i biglietti, mi ha detto che non facevano più promozioni con quell'azienda. Come se fosse stata colpa mia. Bastava un po' di garbo dato che era una cosa legittima da parte del cinema non accettare la promozione, ma doveva essere troppo sforzo. Con la gentilezza si ottiene tutto compresi nuovi avventori, non sicuramente facendo il cowboy (non siamo dentro uno dei film che proiettate). The owner is an extremely rude person indeed uneducated. I understand that it is an initial lack of education and kindness but, with the cinema in crisis, I would recommend to review the attitude. I was about to enter with a promotion of an online company (Campari) and the owner, with extreme rudeness by throwing the tickets in my face, told me that they no longer did promotions with that company. As if it was my fault. A little politeness was all it took as it was legitimate for the cinema not to accept the promotion, but it must have been too much effort. With kindness you get everything including new patrons, definitely not being a cowboy (we are not in one of the films you are showing).

Forse dovrebbero mettere personale anche vicino alle sale perché, qualche volta, si crea un po' di confusione tra gli spettatori. The quality is high even if the ticket price (€ 9) is higher than in other city cinemas. Perhaps they should also put staff near the theaters because, sometimes, it creates a bit of confusion among the spectators.
G	Giuseppe Mandarano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mio avviso il più elegante e funzionale cinema cittadino, sia nella bellissima sala grande, che nelle due salette piccole. Anche la programmazione, sempre di qualita', ne aumenta l'appeal. Cortese e professionale il personale, buono e fornito anche il bar, al febbraio 2022 chiuso in rapporto alle normative anticovid.Si auspica la riapertura non appena le disposizioni legislative lo consentiranno. In my opinion, the most elegant and functional city cinema, both in the beautiful large hall and in the two small rooms. Even the programming, always of quality, increases its appeal. The staff are courteous and professional, and the bar is also good and well-stocked, closed in February 2022 in relation to the anti-virus regulations. It is hoped that it will reopen as soon as the laws allow

Accetta carte di credito. Meglio prenotare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono i parcheggi a pagamento. Personale disponibile e efficiente. Dotato di bar. In the center of luxury there is the Filangieri Cinema, elegant, with small rooms, with good programming and even niche films. Functional bathrooms. Accept credit cards. Better to book. There are paid parking lots nearby. Helpful and efficient staff. Equipped with bar.
