A prescindere che dopo neanche un mese non funzionava piu e a quanto diceva la proprietaria del negozio di avermelo sostituito con un pezzo nuovo, quando non era assolutamente vero! Dopo neanche 9 mesi sono ritornato con lo stesso problema! A prescindere che questo negozio il lunedì matt e pom. è sempre chiuso, ma anche durante la settimana, tipo apre alle 11 o alle 10.30 se sei fortunata di trovarti da quelle parti trovi qualcuno altrimenti amen! C'è poco professionalità. A distanza di neanche nove mesi la venditrice mi ha detto che dato che chi aveva l'assistenza ha chiuso a Bari ha detto non posso farti nulla dovresti spedirlo a spese tue al centro assistenza piu vicino accollandoti le spese di spedizione. Ora se uno spremiagrumi costa 20 euro e la spedizione costa 15 alla fine mi sarebbe convenuto?No. E poi comunque io mi chiedo cosa danno a fare la garanzia di due anni se dopo neanche nove mesi il prodotto non viene cambiato?Secondo il mio triste parere la venditrice del negozio dovrebbe cambiare mestiere, chiudere perchè è molto sgorbutica anche con i clienti!
About a year ago I bought a juicer with a two year warranty. Regardless that after less than a month it no longer worked and according to what the owner of the shop said she had replaced it with a new one, when it was absolutely not true! After less than 9 months I returned with the same problem! Regardless this shop on Mondays morn and afternoon. it is always closed, but also during the week, like it opens at 11 or 10.30 if you are lucky to find yourself in those parts you will find someone else amen! There is little professionalism. Not even nine months later, the seller told me that since those who had the assistance closed in Bari, she said I can't help you, you should send it to the nearest assistance center at your own expense, taking on the shipping costs. Now if a juicer costs 20 euros and shipping costs 15 in the end, would I have agreed? No. And then anyway I wonder what they give to do the two-year guarantee if after less than nine months the product is not changed? In my sad opinion the seller of the shop should change her job, close because she is very goofy even with customers!
