P	Patty L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una minicucitrice,ma al momento di adoperarla purtroppo mi sono accorta c'era un guasto.Sono tornata al negozio,sinceramente non mi aspettavo tanto riguardo da parte del personale,anche perché l'articolo non è che avesse chissà quale costo,ma hanno dedicato tempo e pazienza nel provare e riprovare per trovare il problema, infine mi hanno sostituito la cucitrice,ma dato che al momento non c'era l'articolo a disposizione, lo hanno ordinato.Dopo pochi giorni mi hanno contattata loro stessi telefonicamente avvisandomi che l'articolo era arrivato. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da tanta cordialità, e professionalità dato che non sempre ne trovo in giro?.Consigliato straconsigliato . I purchased a mini stapler, but unfortunately I realized there was a failure when using it.I went back to the shop, I honestly did not expect much respect from the staff, also because the article is not who had who knows what cost, but they spent time and patience in trying and trying again to find the problem, finally they replaced the stapler, but since at the moment there was no article available, they ordered it. After a few days they contacted me by phone, informing me that the article had arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by such friendliness and professionalism as I don't always find them around.

Ti spetta solo se la paghi (al costo di 20 centesimi) e nn mi sembra molto professionale.. You can't buy an item without having an envelope to put it in to take it away. It is only up to you if you pay for it (at a cost of 20 cents) and it doesn't seem very professional to me ..

In più non effettuano scontrini, state attenti perché avrete una bella sorpresa prossimamente... Rude, goofy shop assistants, they stay at the cell to send audio msg and even if you are there waiting they must finish before sending the msg ?? then they make cash all nervous because we rightly disturb the conversations .. Plus they do not make receipts, be careful because you will have a nice surprise coming soon ...
