A	Alen Greblo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!! The most appaling service I have ever had.!!!!!!! ??? It is such a shame, because the food is great. I had a steak that was "to die for" ??, but service we RECEIVED from the "lady of the house" Brigitte it was appalling!!!!! We were a group of 12 and had a great time. The staff made a mistake by the first order and they forgot an order ( ribeye steak). It was a 40min delay.. When arrived it was not cooked to order! We pointed this out to Brigitte and she raised her voice and said that it was not correct. After, they send us 2 more steaks but with 70min delay. When I asked to speak with the Manager, Brigitte said "this is my husband and he will not come", after I pointed out that this is not the right way to behave with the guests....... "I can live with it"!!!!!!! was the reply from Brigitte... APPALING!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

We loved this location. Food was amazing and the staff was awesome. We did the pizzeria/bistro downstairs two consecutive nights. Would have done more had we not really found it till late in the trip. Many food options to choose from downstairs. We didn't really give the upstairs Steakhouse a shot considering we had several children with us and it seemed to be a little more on the "fine dining" side.
Z	Zooie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this Steakhouse three times and the pizzeria once the last four weeks and have spent significant amount of money on this restaurant. While the overall experience was pretty good, the last visit is enough for us to never go back. This restaurant simply does not know its limit and service quality drops to the poorest level for this price segment. When a customer drops hundreds of euros, they expect not a just good food, but certain level of service and atmosphere to enjoy their evening. This was a collection of failures and simply not acceptable. The table was not set for four as we had reserved, red wine glasses were used to serve white wine, bread was not delivered until we asked and even then, it was for two people, wine was not served and the bottle was left for us to help ourselves, dinner dishes sat on the table for at least 20 minutes before someone acknowledge that they needed to be collected. The bar at the Steakhouse is overrun by people walking in for a pick up service which makes you feel like you are sitting in an imbis. The kitchen delivers quality food but this is not enough.
