Ho avuto l'esperienza di acquisto di Fornetto elettrico Dictrolux a febbraio 2022 ,qualche giorno fa mi è successo una cosa spiacevole aprendo lo sportello le cerniere si sono bloccate il primo vetro improvvisamente è letteralmente esploso fortunatamente senza arrecare danni sulla mia persona.Ho dato 5 stelle per la disponibilità e cortesia del personale del punto vendita che spiegando l'accaduto ho notato il loro dispiacere per quel che è successo e con loro disponibilità mi hanno sostituito il suddetto forno con uno nuovo ricevendo mille scuse da parte loro!Mi complimento con Happy Casa !!!
 Quality, price and convenience. I had the experience of buying Dictrolux electric oven in February 2022, a few days ago an unpleasant thing happened to me when I opened the door the hinges got stuck the first glass suddenly exploded fortunately without causing damage to my person. stars for the availability and courtesy of the store staff who explaining what happened I noticed their regret for what happened and with their availability they replaced the aforementioned oven with a new one, receiving a thousand apologies from them! I congratulate Happy Home !!!
