Se provi a chiamare l'amministrazione ti dicono che richiameranno e non chiamano mai .
Intanto le fatture le continuano ad emettere.
Con altra compagnia pagherò 3 volte in meno rispetto al loro canone .

Bad service is a compliment I would say ....... sent with Pec of cancellation in January. We are on April 23rd and I have not yet received an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 7 anni non si sono mai preoccupati di verificare la copertura e di conseguenza il reale funzionamento del servizio ora pretendono il pagamento, seriamente sconsigliato. Ho un altro impianto in un appartamento al mare la società che gestisce la vigilanza ogni 6 mesi fa fare una verifica del corretto funzionamento, fa scattare l'allarme e verifica che arriva a loro il segnale.
Questo è buon servizio e cura del cliente.
Che ringrazino che non ho subito alcun furto.
In 7 years they have never bothered to check the coverage and consequently the real functioning of the service now they demand payment, seriously not recommended. I have another system in an apartment by the sea, the company that manages the surveillance every 6 months ago to check that it is working correctly, triggers the alarm and checks that the signal reaches them.
This is good customer care and service.
Let them thank that I have not suffered any theft.
