Persona molto gentile e simpatica ...CONSIGLIATA!!! Being away from home and having a wedding, I booked at The Cavallino shopping center a Festivity make-up experience ... the make-up artist Cristina was very good at following my needs ... the make-up remained flawless, despite the fact that today we were many degrees! Very kind and nice person ... RECOMMENDED !!!
p	patrizia quarta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo competenza commesse zero ,oltre ad avere pagato un profumo il 30%in più dalle altre profumerie ho chiesto il Burberry classico mi hanno dato il weekend dicendo che ora è quello e che la ditta è cambiata malissimo non lo consiglio Bad skill zero orders, in addition to having paid a perfume 30% more from other perfumeries I asked for the classic Burberry they gave me the weekend saying that now is the one and that the company has changed very badly I do not recommend it

La signora in questione ci ha sollecitato in malo modo ad acquistare in fretta o di lasciare il negozio. Dopo aver fatto una fila per entrare e dopo essere stata solo 5 Min davanti al bancone dei profumi perché ero indecisa tra i due quale acquistare la signora mi ha sollecitato maleducatamente. Ovviamente ho lasciato i profumi e sono andata via senza acquistare nulla. Unprofessional salespeople, one in particular short with short hair, I'm sorry to specify but she was really rude. The lady in question badly urged us to buy quickly or to leave the shop. After queuing to enter and after being only 5 Min in front of the perfume counter because I was undecided between the two which to buy the lady rudely urged me. Of course I left the perfumes and left without buying anything.

Tolto il fatto che meno di 24 ore dopo ho portato il prodotto indietro ed ho chiesto il rimborso ma nulla hanno detto che loro non fanno rimborsi. Per legge il rimborso va fatto entro 14 giorni! I will never go there again, it is not fair to pay 60 euros more for a perfume than what is sold on the site. Excluding the fact that less than 24 hours later I brought the product back and asked for a refund but nothing they said that they do not make refunds. By law, the refund must be made within 14 days!

Dopo aver speso circa 87 euro per un cofanetto della Dior per un regalo la commessa se ne esce con una Cafonata di confezione regalo fatta come in foto. Non me lo ho fatto vedere ma lo ha abilmente nascosto nella busta. Oramai avevo pagato e non potevo fare altro che prendere il Cofanetto incartato alla carlona. Sono stupefatto di come questa signora, capelli neri, bassina e con gli occhiali, possa lavorare in un posto del genere. Io mi sarei vergognato a fare una confezione del genere perchè rovina il regalo. Quello che posso fare è avvisare altri avventori del negozio. Pagate dopo aver visto la confezione. Per quel che mi riguarda, non comprerò mai più nulla in quel negozio. Bad experience. I absolutely advise against it.
