Ho chiesto lo smontaggio delle tende da sole perché dovevamo effettuare dei lavori ai soffitti. Ho atteso tantissimo tempo prima di questo smontaggio e avrò chiamato almeno dieci volte a distanza di 3-4 giorni una dall'altra. Ora per il rimontaggio la stessa cosa. Praticamente è da quasi due mesi che ho le tende smontate. Continuo a sollecitare senza esito positivo.Fra un po' le tende da sole non serviranno più perché l'estate sarà finita. Sconsigliatissimo !!!
Bad service.
I asked for the awnings to be removed because we had to do some work on the ceilings. I waited a long time before this disassembly and I will have called at least ten times within 3-4 days of each other. Now for the reassembly the same thing. Basically, I have had the curtains removed for almost two months. I keep on soliciting without positive results. In a while the awnings will no longer be needed because the summer will be over. Not recommended !!!

Finalmente tutto a posto! Funzionano a meraviglia. La responsabile mi ha spiegato la causa del ritardo dovuto a vari inconvenienti che si sono sommati un questo periodo.
Able perhaps only to sell !!! But zero assistance !!!! Asked for assistance x break arm awning from May 28th, requested several times, to date July 10th nobody has been seen !!!!!!
Finally all right! They work wonders. The manager explained to me the cause of the delay due to various inconveniences that have added up during this period.
