★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente poco professionali. Telefono per chiedere se è possibile ricevere un preventivo per un piccolo lavoro. Mi dicono di inviare una e-mail. Eseguo ma dopo 15 giorni non sento ancora niente. Richiamo per avere notizie ma mi rispondono che sono molto impegnati e che non si attivano per un lavoro così piccolo.
Penso non siano necessari commenti. Sarebbe bastata una semplice risposta in tal senso all'e-mail che avevo inviato. Sarebbe stato un semplicissimo gesto di educazione.
 Honestly unprofessional. Telephone to ask if it is possible to receive a quote for a small job. They tell me to send an e-mail. I run but after 15 days I still don't feel anything. Call to get news but they tell me that they are very busy and that they are not activated for such a small job.
I don't think comments are necessary. A simple reply would have been sufficient in this sense to the e-mail I had sent. It would have been a very simple gesture of education.
