★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono rivolto a Corima per un condizionatore Mitsubishi che "non faceva più freddo".
altre società cui mi ero rivolto mi avevano ventilato la necessità di rifare l'impianto.
il manutentore Corima, Luca, ha invece proceduto con metodo scientifico.
per prima cosa ha spiegato in modo chiaro quali potevano essere le cause e le relative soluzioni.
ha valutato la probabilità delle varie ipotesi ed è intervenuto partendo dagli allacci, immaginando una perdita di gas lungo il circuito.
con estrema perizia ha praticamente rimontato in opera gli allacci "a regola d'arte", cosa che purtroppo prima non era stato fatto.
ma soprattutto ha fornito una spiegazione chiara di quanto aveva appena eseguito.
questo accade solamente quando: si sa esattamente cosa si sta facendo e perché lo si fa.
alla fine dell'intervento rilasciano anche una rapportistica esplicativa, che nel mio caso risulta ancora più utile, perché andrò a fare rimostranza a chi aveva installato senza rispettare le regole base dell'arte.
non guasta poi la simpatia e cordialità umana che Luca ha dimostrato nonostante l'intervento si sia dimostrato lungo e difficile.
suggerisco vivamente Corima

evaluated the probability of the various hypotheses and intervened starting from the connections, imagining a gas leak along the circuit.
with extreme skill he practically reassembled the connections "in a workmanlike manner", which unfortunately had not been done before.
but above all he provided a clear explanation of what he had just performed.
this only happens when: you know exactly what you are doing and why you are doing it.
at the end of the intervention they also release an explanatory report, which in my case is even more useful, because I will go to complain to those who had installed it without respecting the basic rules of the art.
then the human friendliness and cordiality that Luca showed despite the intervention proved to be long and difficult does not hurt.

Da notare che erano intervenuti ben due volte senza risolvere e lasciandomi i problemi. Forte Luca e grazie per la disponibilità, professionalità e per il successivo interessamento per il buon funzionamento dell'impianto.
