A	Andrea Micheli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prescindere che i ragazzi che lavorano per loro sono educati, gentili e competenti, l'unica pecca l'ho trovata nella sostituzione scheda caldaia, facendo già il controllo ogni anno perchè come da contratto c'è scritto che serve per non perdere la garanzia, sulla scheda niente garanzia! Premetto, caldaia con 4 anni di vita! In più intervento veloce di 20 minuti e scheda pagato 300,00€, quando so che il costo della scheda varia tra le 119,00€ e 149,00€. Penso che cambierò l'assistenza! Regardless of the fact that the guys who work for them are polite, kind and competent, the only flaw I found was in replacing the boiler board, already checking every year because as per the contract it says it's needed not to lose the warranty , on the card no guarantee! I state, boiler with 4 years of life! In more fast intervention of 20 minutes and card paid € 300.00, when I know that the cost of the card varies between € 119.00 and € 149.00. I think I'll change the assistance!

Una ditta certificata dovrebbe comportarsi in modo differente con i clienti. Mai più per carita' I avoid telling what happened to me but I was appalled by the behavior of the manager !!! A certified firm should behave differently with customers. Never again for charity

Ora devo aspettare 10 anni per avere indietro il 50% della spesa. Ho chiamato e non è stato possibile parlare con la contabilità. Non consiglio a nessuno di rivolgersi a loro! As soon as the boiler was replaced and for the deduction on the invoice I was told that in 2022 it is no longer applied, but it is absolutely not true! Now I have to wait 10 years to get 50% back. I called and it was not possible to speak to accounting. I don't recommend anyone to turn to them!
