★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza abbiamo comperato un manichino da sartoria taglia M ma per nostre esigenze era troppo grande abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo con taglia più piccola questo dopo 10 giorni senza averlo mai usato ma la risposta è stata negativa pur verificando che il prodotto era ancora con imballo originale questo è assurdo e con nessun rispetto verso i clienti preciso che il commesso ha verificato il tutto e pur constatando la integrità del prodotto si è attaccatoak fatto per il reso entro una settimana

Bad experience we bought a tailoring mannequin size M but for our needs it was too big we asked to replace it with a smaller size this after 10 days without having ever used it but the answer was negative while verifying that the product was still with original packaging this it is absurd and with no respect towards customers, I specify that the salesman has checked everything and, while ascertaining the integrity of the product, he has attached himself to the return within a week
I do not recommend buying in this shop
