★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little disappointed. It was my first h&m store visit in Milan. The collection was decent. The staff were helpful, but some were busy discussing and even though my hands were full of things, there were no shopping bags offered. The cashier lady and the some of the staff were helpful because i don't speak Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best h&m shop I have ever seen. Restored to reflect the new concept store idea: clothing and home items displayed together. Resembles Arket or The other stories style. I really liked it and the staff was very polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff caries amongst themselves instead of running the till and or helping customers. Nice enough variety of items. Just can't buy them cause the staff things it's chill time. This is during the Xmas how holidays. Maybe they're more serious other times of the year.???
