★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunedì mi sono recata presso il punto vendita di GranRoma, non trovando l'articolo che cercavo, ho chiesto informazioni all'unico ragazzo presente(calvo e con barba) impegnato a chiacchierare con una ragazza bionda in divisa (immagino fosse l'addetta alla sicurezza).
Alla mia richiesta di aiuto ha risposto delegando l'incarico alla ragazza in divisa, la quale ovviamente non ha saputo darmi informazioni utili e addirittura mi ha consigliato di cercare l'articolo da Tezenis.
Considerando che cercavo dei semplici leggins, che ho sempre acquistato da H&M, da Lunedì hanno perso una cliente abituale essendosi comportati in un modo poco professionale e molto superficiale.
 On Monday I went to the GranRoma store, not finding the item I was looking for, I asked the only guy present (bald and with a beard) engaged to chat with a blonde girl in uniform (I guess it was the security officer ).
To my request for help he replied by delegating the task to the girl in uniform, who obviously could not give me useful information and even advised me to look for the article from Tezenis.
Considering that I was looking for simple leggings, which I have always bought from H&M, since Monday they have lost a regular customer having behaved in an unprofessional and very superficial way.

Bisogna spulciare bene per trovare qualcosa che valga la pena comprare.
Discorso diverso per quanto riguarda il settore bimbi e neonati.
Sembra un altro negozio e si trovano un sacco di cose carine per tutte le tasche.
(Oggi era possibile pagare solo in contanti in una delle casse)
Discreet assortment. Quality of the garments so-so compared to the cost.
You have to sift through to find something worth buying.
Different speech regarding the children and babies sector.
It looks like another shop and there are lots of nice things to suit all budgets.
(Today it was only possible to pay in cash at one of the tills)

Great chain store ... Very large on 2 floors and with internal escalator ... We made several purchases especially in the children's department ... Many tasty offers at a good price ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è bello ed anche abbastanza fornito, peccato per i prezzi per tutti, comunque se si entra sicuramente compri qualcosa visto la vasta fornitura. C'è n'è per ogni età, protocollo covid rispettato, gel all'ingresso del negozio. Personalmente credo che mi ci recherò di nuovo in quanto ha cose che in altri negozi non trovi. Consigliato veramente......!
The place is beautiful and also quite well stocked, shame about the prices for everyone, however if you enter you definitely buy something given the vast supply. There is something for every age, respected covid protocol, gel at the entrance to the shop. Personally I think I will go there again as it has things you can't find in other stores. Really recommended ......!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente anche per abitudine, lo trovo il miglior h&m in assoluto per quanto riguarda il reparto donna. Organizzato perfettamente, abiti ben visibili, camerini facilmente individuabili. Il reparto uomo purtroppo è molto piccolo ma rimane comunque ben fornito.
Probably also out of habit, I find it the best h & m ever as regards the women's department. Perfectly organized, clothes clearly visible, easily identifiable dressing rooms. Unfortunately, the men's department is very small but is still well stocked.
