Tutto il personale è sempre attento e gentile verso i clienti dimostrando preparazione professionale nelle varie fasi degli allenamenti. Ottima accoglienza, Palestra molto consigliata.
Excellent Gym, very comfortable and nice environment. All the equipment necessary for a complete training is available. All staff is always attentive and kind to customers, demonstrating professional preparation in the various stages of training. Excellent welcome, highly recommended gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione mi contattano via messanger per dirmi in maniera scortese che non devo mettere nulla sulla loro pagina senza nemmeno conoscermi penso che in quella pessima palestra non ci.mettero'mai piede anche perché non mi sembrano competenti
Bad management they contact me via messenger to tell me in a rude way that I do not have to put anything on their page without even knowing me I think that in that bad gym I will never set foot also because they do not seem competent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco disponibile.. a dir poco scorbutico ed ignorante nei confronti del cliente. Non ritornerei nemmeno se mi pagassero loro. Palestra da me non consigliata assolutamente.
Staff not very helpful .. to say the least grumpy and ignorant of the customer. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me. Gym not recommended by me absolutely.

Ci dispiace se se l'è presa quando le abbiamo chiesto se poteva evitare di postare la pubblicità del suo centro di unghie sotto i nostri post, in quanto non è una pagina di pubblicità o sponsor e soprattutto è un servizio che diamo anche noi. Non è mai venuta in palestra e non ha mai parlato di persona con nessuno. Su che base ci da degli INCOMPETENTI?? Siccome noi invece siamo molto seri e professionali la invitiamo a venirci a trovare per una prova omaggio. Saluti lo staff ALL STARS

L'ambiente è accogliente e lo staff disponibile e davvero preparato.
Per l'allenamento singolo la sala principale ha diversi macchinari mai troppo affollati e alcune salette dedicate a corsi/ circuit e spazi per allenarsi a corpo libero
Si possono seguire diversi corsi: dal classico spinning, all'utilissima mobility, ai dinamici intensive e functional. I corsi benché di gruppo sono molto ben fatti e gli istruttori sono molto bravi anche nell'adattare gli esercizi alle esigenze dei singoli partecipanti.
per finire che male non fa, i vari ambienti sono puliti e ordinati... consiglio vivamente!

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are helpful and truly prepared.
For single training, the main room has several machines that are never too crowded and some rooms dedicated to courses / circuits and spaces for bodyweight training
You can follow different courses: from the classic spinning, to the very useful mobility, to the intensive and functional dynamics. Although group courses are very well done and the instructors are also very good at adapting the exercises to the needs of the individual participants.
to finish that it does not hurt, the various rooms are clean and tidy ... I highly recommend!
