Bocciatissimo If I could I would give 0 .. I wanted to get a coupon for the couple's spa experience, on the Groupon website it says that it is mandatory to book by phone but it is impossible since they NEVER answer. Absolutely rejected

Ho chiesto il rimborso. After purchasing a package on Groupon, I was told to contact the business to book. After two days and more than 20 calls, no response. I asked for a refund.

Ho acquistato con una mia amica un ingresso su groupon, abbiamo chiamato per prenotare, in vicinanza alla data mi scrivono su whatsapp dicendomi che la spa era in manutenzione e di riprenotare dopo una settimana, per cui chiamo e mi dicono che sono tutti in quarantena, dopo un mese decido di richiamarli per riprenotare ma il numero è inesistente. Davvero pessimi!! Unfortunately I had the same bad experience! I bought an entrance on groupon with a friend of mine, we called to book, near the date they write me on whatsapp telling me that the spa was under maintenance and to rebook after a week, so I call and they tell me that they are all in quarantine, after a month I decide to call them back to rebook but the number is non-existent. Really bad !!

Succede poi che ieri mattina (sabato 29) intorno alle 11:30 mi arrivano questi mess come in foto..da una certa Francesca.. Leggendo le altre recensioni direi che è tutta una fregatura…NO COMMENT I purchased this voucher on Groupon for € 69.90 about 3 weeks ago .. I immediately try to tel for 2 consecutive days to make an appointment but without answer .. living near them I go on foot, I speak to a gentleman named Lorenzo who tells me they didn't answer me because her 20-year-old son is seriously hospitalized with covid .. I'm sorry for his son .. and then he also tells me that with Groupon he doesn't earn anything .. oh well .. and so I make an appointment x Saturday 29 January at 17 .. It then happens that yesterday morning (Saturday 29) around 11:30 I get these messages as in the picture .. from a certain Francesca .. Reading the other reviews I would say that it is all a rip off ... NO COMMENT
s	smarc 99 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima Esperienza! Comprato su Groupon una giornata in Spa, loro sono praticamente impossibili da contattare per prenotare un appuntamento. Sono riuscito finalmente a contattarli dopo settimane su numero privato datomi tramite Facebook. Inventandosi palesemente delle scuse, hanno rinviato per ben due volte l'appuntamento subito prima che io potessi andare e facendomi quasi scadere il buono. Per fissare un terzo(!) appuntamento e far si che non scadesse il buono mi richiedono di riscattarlo prima di andare. Ovviamente hanno rinviato pure il terzo appuntamento ed ho quindi preteso che inviassero a Groupon una mail dove specificasse che io non ero riuscito ad usufruire del servizio e che avrei dovuto avere un rimborso perché non ero più intenzionato ad andare da loro. Per fortuna lo hanno fatto e sono stato rimborsato completamente. Sicuramente non consiglio questa struttura, come dalle recensioni precedenti fanno sempre questo giochetto. Bad Experience! Bought a day at the Spa on Groupon, they are virtually impossible to contact to book an appointment. I was finally able to contact them after weeks on a private number given to me via Facebook. Clearly making up excuses, they postponed the appointment twice just before I could go and almost made my voucher expire. To make a third (!) Appointment and ensure that the voucher does not expire, they require me to redeem it before I go. Obviously they postponed the third appointment as well and I therefore demanded that they send Groupon an email specifying that I had not been able to use the service and that I should have had a refund because I was no longer willing to go to them. Thankfully they did and I was fully refunded. I definitely don't recommend this establishment, as previous reviews always play this trick.

Il nostro appuntamento è stato disdetto mezz’ora prima dicendoci che c’è stato un malfunzionamento del riscaldamento e che saremmo stati richiamati per rifissarlo, cosa che non succede e dopo due settimane decido di richiamare io. Questa volta ci dicono che il riscaldamento sarà riparato in settimana e dovremo richiamare quindi la settimana successiva. Oggi che è passata una settimana chiamo tre volte e nessuna risposta, al che provo a scrivere su whatsapp e la risposta è che sono tutti in quarantena. Mi sono fatta restituire il coupon da Groupon (loro sono stati gentilissimi, me l’hanno risarcito anche se il periodo di rimborso era già terminato) e ho segnalato l’episodio. Capisco ci si possa ammalare ma dalle altre recensioni vedo che queste scuse vengono usate ormai da mesi, si vede che non hanno voglia di guadagnare... Our appointment was canceled half an hour earlier by telling us that there was a malfunction of the heating and that we would be called back to fix it again, which doesn't happen and after two weeks I decide to call back. This time we are told that the heating will be fixed in the week and we will have to call back the following week. Today that a week has passed I call three times and no answer, to which I try to write on whatsapp and the answer is that they are all in quarantine. I had the coupon returned by Groupon (they were very kind, they refunded it to me even though the refund period had already ended) and I reported the episode. I understand you can get sick but from the other reviews I see that these excuses have been used for months now, you can see that they do not want to make money ...
