Purtroppo, essendo fuori sede e con una gomma completamente a terra, non avevo scelta. Per non voler 'spezzare il treno' mi hanno obbligato ad acquistare anche l'altra gomma (fra l'altro Dot 2019) pur non essendo necessario sostituire la mia, montata a dicembre 2018 con meno di 25.000 km. Non li consiglio affatto. Bad experience. Arrogant and dear. The lady of the particularly unpleasant acceptance. Unfortunately, being off-site and with a flat tire, I had no choice. In order not to 'break the train' they forced me to also buy the other tire (among other things Dot 2019) even though it was not necessary to replace mine, mounted in December 2018 with less than 25,000 km. Tommaso si è dimostrato estremamente corretto e disponibile nel gestire questioni e problemi di cui non era nemmeno responsabile. Tale comportamento da parte sua non era affatto dovuto o scontato ed è stato molto apprezzato. Consigliatissimo. Extremely qualified staff. Roberto possesses undisputed technical knowledge. Tommaso proved to be extremely correct and available in handling issues and problems for which he was not even responsible. This behavior on his part was not at all due or taken for granted and was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.
S	Samuele Granata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sono recato per la prima volta a fare la convergenza al mio frgone, avevo il volante storto e lo fatto presente con il ragazzo che mi ha preso in carico, quando ha finito sono andato alla cassa e mi hanno sparato un bel conto di €140,00 per avere ancora il volante storto. Sono tornato indietro immediatamente e me lo hanno radrizzato... ma senza ricontrollare la convergenza! quando gli ho chiesto che mi controllasse di nuovo la convergenza e che per €140,00 poteva benissimo starci dentro visto che lo avevo fatto presente quando ha iniziato i lavori, mi ha risposto il titolare: "se non le va bene ci sono altri gommisti a Bologna!" intanto i miei €140,00 se li sono tenuto e ho dovuto far ricontrollare la mia convergeza da un altro gommista che mi ha preso solo €60,00. Aprire una causa nei loro confronti non mi conviene per quella cifra, ma, per quello che mi riguarda sono dei truffatori! ---------------------------------------------------------- MI VORREI SCUSARE CON LA DIREZIONE DELLA CASA DEL PNEUMATICO PERCHÉ NON HO SONO STATO PRECISO SULLA CIFRA PAGATA CHE EFFETTIVAMENTE É DI € 109,80 PER UNA SEMPLICE CONVERGENZA, E FRA L'ALTRO DOCUMENTABILE.... ORA MI CHIEDO PERCHÉ HO PAGATO QUELLA CIFRA.... ????? CHIEDO ALLA DIREZIONE ORA COSA DEVO FARE? DEVO ANDARE IO DALLE AUTORITÀ DI COMPETENZA? I went back immediately and they righted it for me ... but without double-checking the convergence! when I asked him to check the convergence again and that for € 140.00 he could very well stay in it since I had mentioned it when he started the work, the owner replied: "if you don't like it, there are other tire dealers in Bologna!" in the meantime, I kept my € 140.00 and I had to have my convergence checked again by another tire dealer who took me only € 60.00. Opening a case against them does not suit me for that amount, but, as far as I'm concerned, they are scammers! -------------------------------------------------- -------- I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE TIRE HOUSE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN ACCURATE ON THE AMOUNT PAID WHICH IS ACTUALLY € 109.80 FOR A SIMPLE CONVERGENCE, AND BETWEEN THE OTHER DOCUMENTABLE ....
