★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato stasera 19/8/2021 la dottoressa se così si può chiamare Valeria Pedrini molto scorbutica e maleducata mi ha risposto che potevo andare prima visto che era mezzanotte e l ho svegliata....forse nn ha capito che stava lavorando....mi chiedo ma nessuno fa dei controlli ...cmq x me dovrebbe cambiare lavoro
 I was tonight 19/8/2021 the doctor if you can call it Valeria Pedrini very grumpy and rude she replied that I could go earlier since it was midnight and I woke up .... maybe she didn't realize she was working .... I wonder but no one does the checks ... cmq x me should change jobs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco che si possa essere in difficoltà per ovvie ragioni legate alla forte richiesta, inesperienza o emergenza Covid, ma non c'è bisogno di essere scorbutici con l'utenza. A maggior ragione se non è in buone condizioni di salute. Suggerei un corso aggiuntivo di buone maniere.
I understand that you may be in trouble for obvious reasons related to the strong demand, inexperience or Covid emergency, but there is no need to be grumpy with users. All the more so if he is not in good health. I would recommend an additional course in manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per chiedere un certificato medico per malattia bisogna recarsi anche se si èal 100%. Se malauguratamente non hai un medico di base (perché trasferiti per lavoro da un'altra città) sei finito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gentili, esperti, disponibili ed empatici. Molte volte, purtroppo, ci siamo trovati ad averne bisogno e son sempre stati gentili ed umani (anche alle 3 di notte). Senza contare che molte volte hanno capito e risolto problemi loro che i medici di base non avevano capito.
Always kind, knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic. Many times, unfortunately, we have found ourselves in need of it and they have always been kind and human (even at 3 am). Not to mention that many times they have understood and solved problems that the general practitioners did not understand.
