S	Stefania Lolli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi per una ecografia alla spalla, ho scelto questo posto anche se non lo conoscevo, perché avevo urgenza, e con la mutua avrei dovuto aspettare troppo. Le impiegate alla reception, gentilissime e professionali, ma il medico in tre minuti mi ha fatto un ecografia, l'ho trovato frettoloso e superficiale, apparentemente anche scocciato, e nonostante gli ho ripetuto che il mio dolore era in un punto leggermente verso il collo, manco l'ha considerato....e ripeto dopo tre minuti mi ha silurato dicendomi di aspettare il referto in reception....Ah 82 euro....ma questo è un dettaglio inutile, si pagano volentieri per un sevizio però a mio parere un po' più curato. Ah 82 euros .... but this is a useless detail, you are happy to pay for a service though in my opinion a little more cared for.

A	Alberto Pinca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella mattinata odierna ho accompagnato mia moglie ad effettuare un'ecografia presso questo poliambulatorio privato, struttura visitata per la prima volta poichè indicatomi dalla mia farmacia come prima data disponibile, una volta entrati mia moglie ha chiesto se io potevo attenderla all'interno e molto cortesemente le addette alla ricezione mi hanno detto di accomodarmi se era disponibile una sedia alla destra della ricezione, mi sono accomodato e mia moglie si è recata invece nella saletta d'attesa nella zona opposta adiacente agli ambulatori. Nell'attesa ho assistito ad una discussione dai toni accesi tra un'accompagnatrice di un paziente e la dottoressa radiologa, quest'ultima una volta uscita la persona con cui ha discusso si è rivolta al personale della ricezione con questa frase "se non sono vongole striscianti entrano da soli" riferendosi alle persone che dovevano effettuare gli esami radiologici, ovviamenete hanno sentito le persone presenti compreso il sottoscritto. Spero che la dottoressa in questione (PUPPO PAOLA) sia molto brava nel suo mestiere perchè in quanto a tatto ed empatia col personale ed i pazienti/clienti è stata di una cafonaggine inaudita. Mia moglie era la paziente che doveva essere esaminata dopo la suddetta discussione ed a esame ultimato è stata liquidata senza parola alcuna. Dovessi aver bisogno in futuro, scarterò sicuramente questa struttura a costo di un'attesa più lunga. In the meantime, I witnessed a heated discussion between a patient's companion and the radiologist, the latter, once the person with whom she had exited, turned to the reception staff with this phrase "if they are not clams creepers enter alone "referring to the people who had to carry out the radiological examinations, obviously they heard the people present including myself. I hope that the doctor in question (PUPPO PAOLA) is very good at her job because in terms of tact and empathy with the staff and patients / customers she was unprecedented. My wife was the patient who was to be examined after the aforementioned discussion and after the examination was completed she was dismissed without any word. Should I need it in the future, I will definitely discard this facility at the cost of a longer wait.

E	Enrico Paltrinieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente maleducati e antipatici, per non parlare del Dottore che ha fatto l'ecografia a mia figlia di 17 anni, anche lui sgarbato e antipatico, non le hà praticamente rivolto la parola e neanche un mezzo sorriso, forse è un essere superiore a noi !! Sarà sicuramente bravissimo ma Forse è meglio se fa un lavoro non a contatto con le persone. SCONSIGLIATO Really rude and unpleasant, not to mention the Doctor who did the ultrasound to my 17-year-old daughter, also rude and unpleasant, he practically did not speak to her and not even a half smile, perhaps he is a being superior to us! !
