S	SABRINA FRANCIA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza, pessima ecografia: un medico decisamente in la' con gli anni, molto approssimativo: avevo una richiesta di ecografia all'addome e voleva farmela solo al superiore, visita velocissima rispetto alle altre fatte al S Maria . non la ritengo attendibile dovrò ripeterla ovviamente altrove. bad experience, bad ultrasound: a doctor definitely over the years, very approximate: I had a request for an ultrasound on the abdomen and he wanted to do it only to the superior, a very quick visit compared to the others made at S Maria. Persona molto fredda, sgradevole, maleducata con delle battute che non facevano nemmeno ridere. Di certo non ci torno mai più. Negative Experience! Intanto lei doveva usare i guanti ma voleva fare vedere le sue unghiacce!! Sto parlando della tecnica di radiologia non ti guarda in faccia una battuta non la puoi fare sempre seccata perché non cambia lavoro? Personale qualificato addetto alla risonanza professionale. Personale amministrativo e tecnico davvero sgradevole , maleducato e inefficiente. Sconsiglio questa struttura. Alla prima volta le immagini erano mosse e il tecnico è entrato dicendo che stava pranzando e non aveva controllato il monitor. Mi ha chiesto se fossi lì per fargli perdere tempo o se invece volevo collaborare, incurante del fatto che tenere il ginocchio in quella posizione mi procurasse fastidio. Avrebbe potuto usare toni decisamente diversi. Rientrando da me una seconda volta mi ha detto che non aveva tempo da perdere con me e che così poca collaborazione non l’aveva mai vista da una ragazza giovane. Io sicuro non ero lì per piacere e tantomeno per far perdere del tempo. Mi sforzavo solamente di tenere il ginocchio immobile. Certo che avrebbe potuto rassicurarmi invece di parlarmi in questi toni. Chiami al telefono per chiedere un informazione facendoti 10 min di attesa e ti staccano in faccia perché non hanno voglia di lavorare. Vai alla reception per pagare dopo la visita e ti trattano da cani, ma l'educazione, esattamente, dove l'avete lasciata? In conclusione: Dottori super professionali e cordiali. Servizio clienti discretissimo, non è da migliorare, ma proprio da cambiare, totalmente. Very good and very kind doctor, but very bad secretariat. Molto gentili e professionali anche i ragazzi e le ragazze della fisioterapia che ci hanno aiutato nel nostro percorso .
