I happened to go there only once and they immediately made trouble with the times (the doctor was not there) so I had to go home and postpone for a week

Prelievo fatto e grazie ? per quello che avete fatto e per la pazienza trasformata in amore... Siete meravigliosi. Grazie ancora.
Really amazed at the preparation they had for my 5 year old daughter ... Very good my little girl was scared we are sometimes let alone a 5 year old girl ... Withdrawal done and thank you ? for what you did and for patience transformed into love ... You are wonderful. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita dermatologica con una dottoressa che mi è sembrata un po frettolosa visti i 105,00 euro pagati. Nonostante ciò mi ha dato comunque una cura che è risultata efficace. Mi ha dato un ulteriore appuntamento per controllare gli esiti degli esami prescritti. Peccato che non si sia presentata all'appuntamento datomi. Alla reception si sono giustificati dicendomi che siccome avrebbe avuto solo due appuntamenti nell'arco del pomeriggio, la dottoressa aveva deciso di non presentarsi. Del mio appartamento si era completamente dimenticata, mentre l'altra signorino riuscivano a contattarla. Non potevo credere alle mie orecchie. Ho fatto presente il mio disappunto e la loro mancanza di serietà in quella occasione. Mesi fa feci invece un'altra visita con il dottor Villa e non avevo riscontrato nessun problema, anzi.
