G	Gilberto Bertoldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale elegante con arredamento e colori piacevoli e rilassanti, norme anticovid prese alla lettera e quindi un Po' oppressive visto che era una cena in famiglia, ma non me la sento di criticare il gestore anche se penso che qualcuno possa non gradire. Scelta di piatti sfiziosi e curiosi da scegliere con menu q code dallo smartfone, disponibile anche tablet del locale. Servizio veloce con tempi accettabili visto che i piatti penso siano preparati al momento. Personalmente ho preso un piatto di pesce che rappresenta varie regioni dalle sarde in saor al calamaro con ripieno di patate (leggermente gommoso, forse perché surgelato? ) con cappesante gratinate, notevole l abbinamento di ogni pesce con verdura diversa, notevoli le cipolle, favoloso l arancino con riso venere ripieno di merluzzo. Gli altri piatti mi hanno riferito i commensali che sono gradevoli per vista e gusto. Gradevole sorpresa la pesca al forno con ripieno di amaretti cioccolato e mandorle accostati a gelato di crema per me un ritorno alla gioventù , le faceva la nonna, unico appunto la pesca allora era pelata. I prezzi non si discutono sono medio alti ma la qualità ha il suo prezzo Elegant place with pleasant and relaxing furnishings and colors, anticovid standards taken literally and therefore a bit oppressive since it was a family dinner, but I don't feel like criticizing the manager even if I think someone might not like it. Fast service with acceptable times as the dishes I think are freshly prepared. Personally I took a fish dish that represents various regions from sardines in saor to squid stuffed with potatoes (slightly chewy, perhaps because frozen?) With scallops au gratin, remarkable the combination of each fish with different vegetables, notable onions, fabulous l arancino with black rice stuffed with cod. The other dishes I have been told by the diners who are pleasing to the eye and taste. A pleasant surprise was the baked peach stuffed with chocolate and almond macaroons combined with cream ice cream for me a return to my youth, my grandmother used to make, the only thing the peach was peeled then. The prices are not discussed are medium to high but the quality has its price

Servizio di qualità, nonostante in sala ci fossero solo in 2 a servire sono veloci e garbati. Bravi Intimate and elegant restaurant. La squisitezza del cibo denota cura ed amore nel ricercare e realizzare le portate. Le nostre scelte sono state tris di carciofi, bigoli al ragú d'anatra, tortelli con ripieno di ricotta e saltati nel burro con spolverata di parmigiano e pistacchi e sfoglia alle mele. Tutto ottimo! The delicacy of the food denotes care and love in researching and making the courses. Our choices were trio of artichokes, bigoli with duck ragu, tortelli stuffed with ricotta and sautéed in butter with a sprinkling of parmesan and pistachios and pastry with apples. All great! Experience that we trust to be able to replicate soon.

Prezzo buono.. consiglio l uovo con il tartufo nero ! Provare per credere !!??
