Ho fatto diverse domande dove la signora non rispondeva e mi ignorava totalmente. Il culmine della maleducazione stato raggiunto Al momento del pagamento, avevo in cassa anche delle mascherine ffp2 da 50 pz che erano collocati nel cesto con un prezzo di 7,45€ nnel totale però venivano 37 e qualcosa, dopo averle chiesto dele spiegazioni la signora mi ha palesamente sbuffato in faccia, e maleducamente mi ha detto di controllare i codici prima di acquistare. Ora sono una semplice cliente, non è di mia competenza controllare i codici dei prodotti!!!! Mi aspetto che siano collocati nel posto giusto. E se questo non accade pretendo almeno educazione e gentilezza nel modo in cui ci si pone! La signora nel momento in cui le ho chiesto perché mi stesse trattando in quel modo ha chiamato il direttore di sua spontanea volontà, che si è presentato anche lui in modo scontroso e svogliato, dicendo che non poteva riprendere la commessa visto che non era presente e se n’è andato. Ora il mio problema non è che lui riprenda i suoi dipendeti o altro, io chiedo e pretendo rispetto ed educazione! Suggerirei un corso di servizio cliente e gentilezza più che un “riprendere”!
