Non sono mai rintracciabili, non forniscono dettagli sullo stato della riparazione, ci è voluto più di un mese per la riparazione e nel frattempo non riuscivo a contattare l'azienda e non rispondevano alle email, non sapevo se avessero ricevuto il laptop, non sapevo quanto ci avrebbero messo per la riparazione, l''unico momento in cui mi hanno risposto e quando mi hanno chiesto il pagamento per la riparazione.
Con questa esperienza probabilmente non comprerò più un prodotto lenovo.
Bad customer service, if I could I would give it 0 stars
They are never traceable, they do not provide details on the status of the repair, it took over a month for the repair and in the meantime I could not contact the company and they did not respond to emails, I did not know if they had received the laptop, I did not know how much it would take them to repair, the only time they answered me is when they asked me to pay for the repair.
With this experience I will probably never buy a lenovo product again.
