★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido una vez, como Erasmus, sin targeta sanitaria, en tiempos de Covid y muy correcto. Asistencia rápida y me solucionaron el problema recetandome la medicación. Cosa que en el hospital no me quisieron recibir por no tener covid y no ser ciudadano italiano.
 I have gone once, as an Erasmus, without a health card, in times of Covid and very correct. Quick assistance and they solved the problem by prescribing me the medication. Something that the hospital did not want to receive me for not having covid and not being an Italian citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio è aperto anche la domenica e questo e utile in situazioni di emergenza, la dottoressa è stata super gentile, il guardiano poverino era stanco ma ha gestito situaIoni di disagio con professionalità. Peccato che non possono dare ricette di nessun farmaco e quindi la visita è stata un po’ “a vuoto”
The service is also open on Sundays and this is useful in emergency situations, the doctor was super nice, the poor guardian was tired but he handled uncomfortable situations with professionalism. Too bad they cannot give prescriptions for any drug and therefore the visit was a bit "empty"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ieri sera 29.12.2021)su indicazione dell’operatore telefonico , dottore molto molto indisponente , dovrebbero consigliare e risolvere i problemi invece che metterti alla “ghigliottina “.
Mi faceva le domande guardando il pc con aria anche scocciata .
Gente che ha voglia di lavorare in giro ce ne sta molta , con un po’ di umanità aggiungerei .
Pessimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il numero unico per la Guardia Medica (Continuita' assistenziale) mi ha consigliato di andare qui per una visita.
Arrivato al cancello mi dicono semplicemente che qui non si fanno visite e di andare al Pronto Soccorso.
Scandaloso.
The single number for the Medical Guard (Continuity of care) advised me to go here for a visit.
When I get to the gate they simply tell me that there are no visits here and to go to the emergency room.
Scandalous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La dottoressa Truma Addolorata maleducata poco professionale e soprattutto cafona. Per un semplice cap sbagliato inizia a sbraitare e invidiare il servizio sanitario americano, parlando di assicurazioni. Si lamenta del servizio pubblico (questi sono i risultati che otteniamo con le tasse pagate) oltre che sputa nel piatto dove mangia.
Non vorrei mai essere in cura da un soggetto del genere.
Vergogna
Dr Truma Addolorata rude, unprofessional and above all rude. For a simple wrong cap he begins to rant and envy the American health service, talking about insurance. He complains about the public service (these are the results we get with the taxes paid) as well as spitting on the plate where he eats.
I would never want to be treated by such a subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato ieri per un forte mal d orecchie e avvertivo suoni ovattati. Il tutto a fine visita, la dottoressa mi prescrive l oki due volte al giorno. Risultato? Il dolore è uguale a prima e non vedo l'ora che arrivi lunedì per andare dal mio medico di famiglia
I went yesterday for severe earache and could hear muffled sounds. All at the end of the visit, the doctor prescribes l oki twice a day. Result? The pain is the same as before and I can't wait for Monday to go to my family doctor
