Poi l'anno scorso c'era anche una dottoressa odiosa e ficcanaso. L'unica brava è la Labellarte, è gentile e carina coi bambini. Il giorno prima dell'appuntamento chiamo per spostarlo (causa sciopero dei mezzi), mi rispondono "meno male che ci ha chiamati, non avevamo segnato alcun appuntamento, saresti venuta qui per niente". All'appuntamento effettivo mi sistemano l'otturazione e, solo dopo, mi dicono di essersi accorti che non era un'otturazione già fatta, ma non era mai stata preventivata, perciò devo pagarla DOPO averla fatta. Non avendo con me contanti, mi ritrovo ad aver a che fare con dottoressa e segretaria completamente prive di buon senso che, al mio far notare che, lavorando, non avrei avuto tempo di passare a pagare entro la settimana, rispondono "per venire a fare l'otturazione il tempo c'è l'hai, per pagare no". Sarebbe il caso di lasciar più tempo tra un appuntamento e l'altro. Normative anti covid inesisteni. Siamo tutti in sala di attesa pressati come in scatole di sardine. La Dott.ssa Labellarte è l'unica gentile e competente anche se tutti gli remano contro. Appointment confirmed at 2.00 pm received at 3.45 pm. Unable to make appointments.
