★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conduzione famigliare, personale molto gentile, sempre disponibile a dare consigli sulla scelta e sulla preparazione dei prodotti. Apprezzo la qualità delle carni, di animali allevati in loco: in particolare consiglio lo speck IGP. Ottimi anche i kaminwurz di cervo e di manzo. Irresistibile il polpettone (tipo hamburger) servito caldo, mio spuntino preferito a mezza mattina ogni volta che mi trovo in zona. Il fine settimana preparano delle teglie di lasagne: conviene prenotare per tempo le porzioni, perché vanno a ruba. Da non perdere i canederli di speck o di formaggio prodotti in casa. Di fronte al negozio solo pochi posti auto, ma a breve distanza si trova il parcheggio comunale interrato (sotto il Caffè Ueberbacher) che offre la prima ora di sosta gratis.
Family run, very friendly staff, always available to give advice on product selection and preparation. I appreciate the quality of the meat, of animals bred locally: in particular I recommend the PGI speck. There are also excellent Kaminwurz venison and beef. The meatloaf (burger type) served hot is irresistible, my favorite half-morning snack whenever I'm in the area. On the weekend they prepare lasagna pans: it is advisable to book the portions early, because they are selling like hot cakes. Do not miss the bacon dumplings or cheese products at home. In front of the shop there are only a few parking spaces, but a short distance away is the underground municipal car park (under the Caffè Ueberbacher) which offers the first hour of free parking.
