★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima qualita, prezzi giusti(soprattutto per chi si possa spostare da merano e cerchi speck buono a prezzi più abbordabili), da provare, oltre che allo speck, il bauch speck che é una versione più grassa dello speck (una specie di guanciale per intenderci sul livello di grasso, non ho idea di che parte dell animale sia) buonissimi anche i formaggi, i kamin wustel e i canederli di vario tipo, oltre al tradizionale repertorio di carni di una macelleria.

Es gibt nicht nur gutes fleisch, sondern auch knödel, fleischsugo, gulasch und fleischsuppe, geräuchertes fischfilet... alles falls es mal schnell gehen muss.
