Purtroppo, il trancio sottovuoto di Speck (con scadenza fine gennaio 2022 e perfettamente coservsto) presenta un anomali gonfiore e carni umide. Lo butterò via. Non è per i circa 20 euro spesi (comprerò dello speck qui a Napoli) ma volevo segnalare questa cattiva sorpresa. Unfortunately, the vacuum-packed slice of Speck (expiring at the end of January 2022 and perfectly preserved) has abnormal swelling and moist meat. I'll throw it away. It's not for the around 20 euros spent (I'll buy some speck here in Naples) but I wanted to point out this bad surprise.

Ad esempio in un salame di Maiale/Cervo o di Maiale/Cinghiale non si coglie il sapore del Cervo o del Cinghiale a causa dell'affumicatura! GRAZIE della risposta non sapevo ci fosse il salame non affumicato, tornerò presto da voi per assaggiarlo . Speck very good !! In the salamini you can feel the good quality of the meat and the grinding done well but the smoked aroma in the salami is not good. For example, in a Pork / Deer or Pork / Boar salami, the taste of Deer or Wild Boar is not perceived due to smoking!
