Ce n' è per tutti i gusti. Carne tenera e gustosa,sfiziosamente elaborata in tanti modi differenti. Il servizio " cotto da portare via" è una bella e comoda idea. Consiglio vivamente di venire a fare la spesa qui? La cena mi è costata 200 euro per kg 3,6 di carne tra bombette salsicce e manzo, 4 contorni, neanche un litro di vino della casa, 2 sorbetti al limone una coca piccola e acqua. Chi conosce queste zone sa di cosa parlo. Da sconsigliare assolutamente. Pay attention! Little clarity with prices. Consiglio le tipiche bombette (ce ne sono decine di tipi diversi) e le costine in salsa bbq. Alta qualità dei prodotti e molta cortesia del personale. Excellent butcher and grill. The takeaway service with reservation is very useful. I recommend the typical bombette (there are dozens of different types) and the spare ribs in bbq sauce. Quest'anno la novità e la Carne servita sulla pietra lavica infuocata e flambata al brandy sul momento. We go back every year in the spring summer period and every year it gets better and better.
