La quinta stella di gradimento? Dovrebbero programmare l'uscita dal fornello a intervalli per i vari tavoli, per quanto buona, la carne fredda, sono in pochi ad apprezzarla ... difficile da farsi ma non impossibile. La signora al banco sta servendo al cliente precedente dei prodotti impanati con dei guanti ed essendo celiaco richiedo gentilmente alla signora di lavarsi le mani o di mettere dei guanti nuovi. A quel punto la signora, probabilmente la proprietaria, mi dice di avere le mani pulite in quanto non aveva toccato nulla. Poco prima però l’avevamo vista servire una signora e prendere anche i soldi con le stesse mani con gli stessi guanti con cui aveva servito noi. L’invito a lavarsi le mani o ad indossare dei guanti puliti non le è andato a genio e ha buttato sul bancone la carne imprecando, dicendo che allora se le sarebbe lavate ma che toccare i soldi e la celiachia erano due cose diverse. Davanti a tale atteggiamento di rifiuto delle più basilari regole di igiene sinceramente non lo consiglio; ancora di più se avete allergie o siete celiaci. A 10€ abbiamo preso la grigliata mista che comprendeva 500g di prelibatezze autoctone: bombette, capocollo, involtini di fegatini. Servizio abbastanza veloce, personale cordiale. Mentre uscivo con il passeggino e mio figlio, allontanandomi dal resto del gruppo intento a sistemare, una signora da un tavolo, occupata a mettere gelato ai suoi commensali, senza nemmeno qualificarsi mi intima di sparecchiare prima di andare via. Non capendo, poiché l'usanza del locale è affidata ad un cartello, chiedo alla signora chi fosse, così lei continuando a ridere con la sua tavolata si palesa con un "sono la proprietaria" e continua a borbottare. Niente da ridire sulla scelta del self-service, se non fosse per il coperto che dovrebbe comunque garantire un minimo di servizio, invece inesistente, ma l'educazione fa tanto, soprattutto quando si entra in un posto nuovo. "la proprietaria" evidentemente mi avrà scambiata per sua sorella, dato che mi sembrava di stare a casa sua, anziché in una braceria. se a fine stagione non si riesce a mantenere lo standard di cortesia e qualità meglio chiudere prima! great food, but about the service (?) there is a lot to say. Va beh, ma se non c’è m’anco il servizio al tavolo, chimmai sara riuscito a prenotare. Ci sediamo al tavolo indicato per poi scoprire che il tavolo era riservato per lei.. Le parole servono a poco, la carne la fanno bene in 1000 posti in puglia, io sto ancora aspettando la mia al caldo soffocante di fronte alla svergognata signora che si autoriserva i tavoli..
