Tornando a Roma dalla nostra vacanza in Salento, ci siamo imbattuti per puro caso in questa "macelleria" notando i formaggi in vetrina. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza molto gentile che ci ha fatto degustare i principali prodotti prima di acquistarli. Tutti prodotti a produzione locale e molto, molto freschi, grazie anche al sottovuoto, sono arrivati a destinazione perfetti, anche dopo 7 ore di viaggio e caldo notevole. Sottolineo la bontà del loro olio e della salamella che producono loro stessi. Probabilmente Vi contatterò in futuro, sperando che sia anche possibile spedire! Un piacevole ricordo del Salento! Pleasant discovery. More than just a butcher shop, a treasure trove of flavors and courtesy. Returning to Rome from our holiday in Salento, we stumbled upon this "butcher" by pure chance, noting the cheeses in the shop window. We were greeted by a very kind girl who made us taste the main products before buying them. All products produced locally and very, very fresh, thanks also to the vacuum, they arrived at their perfect destination, even after 7 hours of travel and considerable heat. I emphasize the goodness of their oil and the sausage they produce themselves. I will probably contact you in the future, hoping that it will also be possible to ship! A pleasant memory of Salento!

La maggior parte dei prodotti sono di produzione della famiglia Mancini infatti il marchio è "Mancini" (taralli, biscotti, pesto ecc) all'interno è un piccolo market ma molto rifornito! Il personale è splendido sempre solare.. Great meat!
