★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ufficio ben organizzato, disponibilità e cortesia se non fosse che, all'atto della prenotazione della visita guidata al caseificio di Lagundo, nessuno ha avuto l'accortezza di dirci che questa sarebbe stata fatta in solo in lingua tedesca; particolare non trascurabile, visto che fino a prova contraria ci troviamo ancora su territorio italiano. Pessima esperienza!
 Well organized office, availability and courtesy except that, when booking the guided tour of the dairy in Lagundo, no one had the foresight to tell us that this would be done in German only; not insignificant detail, given that we still find ourselves on Italian territory until proven otherwise. Very bad experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati li due volte nello stesso giorno, al mattino abbiamo trovato un signore che avvisato della cancellazione del treno ci ha preso in giro che avevamo sbagliato a guardare l'orario, cosa non vera e poi confermata da lui, e poi al pomeriggio abbiamo trovato una signora che sapeva a malapena 2 parole di italiano. Consiglierei almeno di avere delle cartine geografiche in inglese(anche se in italiano sarebbe il top).
We were there twice on the same day, in the morning we found a gentleman who warned of the cancellation of the train made fun of us that we had made a mistake in looking at the timetable, which was not true and then confirmed by him, and then in the afternoon we found a lady who barely knew 2 words of Italian. I would recommend at least to have maps in English (although in Italian it would be the top).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nutze heute das Trockene Wetter um am Pool zu liegen . Nur schade dass der Obstbauer direkt neben Haus Immanuel und Eden am Nachmittag 14.30 Uhr seine Obstbäume spritzen muss.
Take advantage of the dry weather today to lie by the pool. It's just a shame that the fruit grower has to spray his fruit trees right next to Haus Immanuel and Eden in the afternoon at 2.30 p.m.
