★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato per avere un preventivo, che di solito sono scritti o stampati, sono stato accolto e accompagnato all'addetto del reparto mezzi commerciali.
Il quale non mi invita a sedermi in ufficio e quindi sono rimasto sulla porta per circa 4/5minuti, tanto é durata la chiacchierata per il preventivo.
L'ho ricevuto a voce, "più o meno" erano le parole che seguivano ogni cifra detta dal venditore.
Insomma più o meno so quanto costerebbe il veicolo, più o meno non so quanto mi ammonta una ipotetica rata mensile.
Alla fine ho capito che i prezzi volanti suggeriti erano per motorizzazioni benzina e non diesel, quella che mi interessa a me.
Quindi andró altrove sicuramente, almeno per capire quanto mi costerebbe il veicolo che interessa.
Così si fanno scappare i clienti.

A parte questo che non dipende direttamente da loro da ciò che dicono ma dal fatto che non ci sono semiconduttori, ho deciso di andare su un’auto usata facendo il recesso per la macchina che avevo ordinato. Dato il disagio provocato da queste tempistiche avevo necessità di avere la liberatoria per il finanziamento in tempi brevi, è passata una settimana e ancora non ho avuto la liberatoria, oltre all’acconto che avevo dato per la macchina… esperienza assolutamente sconsigliata

E posso assolutamente dire che gli ottimi feedback sono meritatissimi. Super professionalità da parte del concessionario Andrea Farci che ci ha assistito in fase di vendita consigliando le modalità più adatte per acquistare e lungo tutta l'attesa post ordine finché l'auto non è arrivata. Ho anche potuto provare per un'ora l'auto il giorno del ritiro per esser sicuro che fosse tutto chiaro e a posto!

I bought my first Ford here, a Mustang mach-e tested in Castellanza but ordered here in Casorate for the super reviews.
And I can absolutely say that the great feedback is well deserved. Super professionalism on the part of the dealer Andrea Farci who assisted us in the sales phase by recommending the most suitable ways to buy and throughout the post-order wait until the car arrived. I was even able to test the car for an hour on pickup day to make sure everything was clear and in place!
