Mi hanno fatto pagare 20 euro per il preventivo dicendomi che la riparazione sarebbe costata 200 euro.... ho portato l'elettrodomestico da altra parte, riparato con 26 euro. Non mi piace mettere recensioni negative... ma mi sembra corretto segnalare.
in data 13 ottobre modifico la mia recensione in seguito alla risposta del proprietario:
sicuramente i ricambi sono originali, sicuramente non mando a nessuno documenti nè via mail nè in altro modo.
Mi preme rettificare per correttezza che nei giorni a seguire l'apparecchio ha nuovamente dato problemi. Nuovamente portato nello stesso posto mi rispondono che la parte da sostituire è ancora un'altra ed il costo è di 120 euro. Quindi il vostro tecnico non ha sbagliato la diagnosi, ma comunque resto della mia opinione nei Vs. confronti ossia circa il prezzo che era stato richiesto per la riparazione essere esagerato.

surely the spare parts are original, I certainly do not send any documents either by mail or in any other way.
I would like to rectify to be fair that in the days that followed the device again gave problems. Once again brought to the same place, they reply that the part to be replaced is still another and the cost is 120 euros. So your technician did not make a mistake in the diagnosis, but the rest of my opinion towards you, that is, about the price that had been requested for the repair be exaggerated.
