M	Massimiliano Loria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 28/12/2021 ho contattato telefonicamente più assistenze sia in Torino che in provincia di Torino perché dovevo reperire la resistenza superiore del mio forno Siemens che si era rotta improvvisamente dopo 15 anni di duro lavoro, sapevo il codice del ricambio originale e mi serviva solo la fornitura del ricambio perché avrei provveduto personalmente alla sostituzione, cosa ho trovato alla STAC di Rivoli che da altri non ho trovato: 1) la signora che ha risposto al telefono è stata gentile (vi assicuro che non è scontato) rapida ed efficiente; 2) mi ha reperito un pezzo di ricambio in un giorno tenendo conto il periodo in prossimità dell'anno nuovo dandomi pure la possibilità di scegliere se originale o compatibile quando sia online che altri centri in Torino ci avrebbero messo minimo 5 giorni lavorativi; 3) ha rispettato la consegna e ha ordinato il ricambio telefonicamente senza richiedermi di passare per pagarlo in anticipo; 4) utilizza What's App in caso sia necessario per scambiarsi una foto o una descrizione del ricambio; 5) norme Covid rispettate in negozio con tutte le persone a contatto con il pubblico con mascherina Ffp2. Concludendo, sono contento che ogni tanto si trovi ancora un commerciante gentile che sappia risolvere guasti tecnici anche solo fornendo il pezzo di ricambio e non “imponga” al cliente di portargli l’elettrodomestico per eseguire personalmente il lavoro, rispettando pure i termini di consegna. Consiglio vivamente in caso di necessità di contattarli. In conclusion, I am happy that from time to time there is still a kind merchant who knows how to solve technical faults even just by providing the spare part and does not "require" the customer to bring the appliance to him to do the work himself, while also respecting the delivery terms.
