Oggi pomeriggio è arrivato e ha risolto il problema. Il tecnico in questione è stato educatissimo, preparatissimo, serissimo, molto professionale e rispettoso. Io non capisco nulla di lavatrici e nemmeno mio marito, per noi è importante che il signor Enzo (il tecnico) abbia risolto il problema. Lo ringraziamo per la serietà dimostrata e la professionalità. This afternoon he arrived and solved the problem. The technician in question was very polite, very well prepared, very serious, very professional and respectful. I don't understand anything about washing machines and neither does my husband, it is important for us that Mr. Enzo (the technician) has solved the problem. Ci siamo dunque messi in attesa (non di trattava di casa nostra) attendendo una chiamata che non è mai arrivata. Nemmeno un gesto di scusa. Non ci rivolgeremo più a loro e li sconsigliamo ad altri. Request assistance for a washing machine, we were told that they would come by 19.30 without specifying the time, simply with notice half an hour before. We therefore put ourselves on hold (it was not our house) waiting for a call that never arrived. Not even a gesture of apology. We will no longer turn to them and advise against them to others.

Peccato che oggi sono problemi nella consegna dei pezzi di ricambio...(covid)...quindi si attende qualche giorno di più per la risoluzione su elettrodomestico. Assolutamente consigliati!
