S	Siham Tahloun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavastoviglie con sportello leggermente bloccato. 4 mesi di assistenza per lubrificarla. • Novembre - Chiamata 1: viene il ragazzo e dice “dovete cambiare la cerniera dello sportello, la ordiniamo” e se ne va. • Gennaio - Visita 2: arriva il pezzo ordinato ma il ragazzo dice “io non la estraggo la lavastoviglie dovete tirarla fuori e poi ritorno” e se ne va. [chiamo falegname e idraulico e mi faccio estrarre la lavastoviglie pagando questo ulteriore servizio] • Febbraio - Chiamata 3: mi dicono “se veniamo dovete pagare 50 euro in più perché siamo venuti due volte a vuoto”.. con disappunto e perplessa mi rassegno e dico “ok”. Alla terza visita viene un signore che dice “non andava fatto nessun ricambio, il pezzo non serve, non c’era bisogno di estrarre la lavastoviglie, perché lo sportello andava solo lubrificato con un po’ d’olio, però mi dovete comunque 50 euro”. • Ad oggi, marzo, mi perseguitano per i 50 euro che mi sono rifiutata di pagare in quanto non mi ritengo responsabile delle 2 visite a vuoto. Io scioccata. Lascio a voi i commenti. Ps Venire 2 volte a casa di proposito, e di proposito non risolvere un problema banale e pretendere 50 euro per una terza chiamata in cui magicamente si risolve il problema, o è incompetenza dei lavoratori (che non può essere risarcita dal cliente) o è truffa.
